Estimates and comparisons
- Estimated annual spend, monthly averages and renewal warnings are illustrative only.
- Quote comparisons rely on the data you upload and may not reflect the supplier's final offer or all applicable fees.
- Confirm all figures and terms with your supplier before signing or cancelling a contract.
No automatic switching
UtilityPilot will never switch suppliers, cancel contracts or pay bills on your behalf without an explicit action from you. We do not have a power of attorney over your accounts.
Privacy of uploaded bills
Bills you upload are private by default. UtilityPilot does not expose raw bill files via public URLs. Suppliers cannot download your uploaded documents.
Supplier quote context
When you opt in to share quote context with suppliers, only anonymised technical fields are exposed (for example utility type, region, usage range and contract end window). Your full name, full address, email, phone, account number, MPAN/MPRN and the original bill file are not shared without an explicit consent action recorded in your workspace.
AI extraction
The extraction engine can misread totals, dates, line items, supplier names or VAT figures. Treat extraction output as a starting point — verify against the original document before relying on it.
Beta status
UtilityPilot is in early access. Features may change and limits may be adjusted as the product evolves. We will announce material changes inside the portal where appropriate.
